AREAS OF APPLICATION

Owing to the wide range of available pumps and tanks, Liquid Feeders can cover a broad span of applications. They are suitable for different industries and many thousands of installed units prove their reliability in daily use feeding pastes or liquids to the production process. Acids, plasticizers,molasses or flavors are typical bulk materials fed by this type of feeder. Other applications are, for example, feeding meat slurry to the extruder in food or pet food processing or adding liquid additives in a polyethylene production line.
For highly accurate feeding of high value liquids and pastes, as for example flavors and aromatics in the food industry, gravimetric models implementing a suspension scale or platform scale are ideal.Heated units can be provided where material viscosity is an issue or for feeding temperature-sensitive materials. Depending on the needs of the application, additional downstream equipment such as mixers can be supplied as well.
