DUROPROTECT FEATURES
- Development of protection concepts based on long-term studies in test centre and out in the field
- Adapted to Mohs' hardness of bulk materials repspectively to wear characteristics of typical bulk materials
- Optimised for product properties (in particular abrasiveness) and operating conditions (particularly pressure difference)

DUROCHROM®
HOUSING + ROTOR- Housing coated with hard chrome, coating thickness up to 400 um
- Rotor end plates and circumference coated with hard chrome
- High wear resistance ensures long-term low leakage gas rates

DUROCARB®
ROTOR- Tungsten carbide welded on tip ends of rotor blades and end blades. Front end of end plates coated with hard chrome
- Tungsten carbide matrix is optimised to suit the particle size of the bulk material. This ensures a long service life of the rotor (picture alongside shows tungsten carbide welding before machining)
