Aeropass Diverter Valve
The AeropassTM Valve is a diverter valve typically used when batches of material are delivered from one source to multiple destinations. One Aeropass Valve is mounted on each destination vessel. When one of the destinations calls for material, that Aeropass Valve diverts to the 90 degree position. The material and air are directed into the destina-tion hopper, where they separate; the material stays in the hopper,and the air passes back to the source tank. When the hopper is full,the Aeropass Valve returns to the straight-through position, allowing the material and air to purge to the source tank. Immediate shutoff of material, when the hopper is full, makes the Aeropass Valve ide-ally suited to applications where the hopper is mounted on a scale.
