Wye Gate Diverter Valve
Diverting or converging materials in high cycle applications.Common in storage fill and/or storage transfer applications. When applied in minimally abrasive applications or as an air directional valve, Wye Line Diverters often record more than 10 million cycles over the course of their service life.

1. Live Loaded, wear compensating hard polymer pressure plate seals
2. Shimming system allows for in-line maintenance
3. Machined, full-bore orifice for unobstructed material flow & to maintain convey line pressures
4. Can be shifted on a flowing column of materials
5. Positive seal of materials & dusts across the closed port(s) and to atmosphere
6. Mechanically self-cleans its seals with each actuation
7. No pinch points or exposed moving point for safety
8. No internal cavities to prevent wedging, lodging & spoilage

Conveyance Type Gravity flow & dilute phase pneumatic conveying applications. Can handle differential pressures up to 15 psig | 1 barg | 0.1 MPa, depending on gate size. Can be used in pressure or vacuum systems.
Materials Handled Non-abrasive to moderately abrasive powders,pellets and granules. Modifications available for handling corrosive materials and/or for wash-down. .
Standard Sizes 2-12in|50一305mmID&ODdiametersare available. Also available in schedule 10, 20 or 40 pipe sizes.
Inlet & Outlets Available in round sizes.Outlet Angle Options 30° or 45° from center Contact us for custom angles
Connection Options Compression couplings, ANSI #125/150Material Temperatures 180° F | 80° C for standard gate, with modifications that allow up to 400°F |205° C

S Material / metal contact is 316L stainless steel.
SL Diverter has straight through conveying line designed for easier“in line”installation and less system conveying pressure drop when using multiple diverters.
P10 Standard tube size diverters are made with schedule 10 pipe throughout.
P40 Standard tube size diverters are made with schedule 40 pipe throughout.
HT3 Modifications are made allowing 250°F (121°C) continuous to 300°F (1 49°C) intermittent service.
HT4 Modifications are made allowing 400°F (204°C) continuous to 450°F (232°C) intermittent service.
WS Gate blade is electropolished. Polyethylene (PET or UHMW) pressure plate seals are used to replace nylon.
OF 45/30 Inlets and outlets are flanged with ANSI, DIN or JIS connections. The outlet opposite the air cylinder is offset at 30 or 45 degrees.Need help finding the right diverter valves?
